A Month of Music, Murder, and More

March 04, 2019

This March, our guests, and visitors have a plethora of activities and events offered up for their entertainment, and a few of our favorites are listed here. First, step over to downtown Wabash on March 1 for the monthly celebration of community that is First Friday. You’ll find great shopping, food, live entertainment, children’s activities, chances to win gift baskets, and more. Next, get your Marple (or Poirot) on and join us right here for the Charley Creek Inn Murder Mystery Dinner on March 2. The theme is “Swan Song,” and you’ll enjoy a “killer” meal while solving the murder at the sinister Bay Side Sanitarium. Call Beth Driscoll at (260) 563-0111 to reserve your spot.

Also, music is on the agenda this month at the Honeywell Center, when the Manchester Symphony Orchestra features the University’s Dr. Pamela Haynes on the piano as they perform “80: Finlandia and Schumann Piano Concerto” on March 10. Lastly, don’t miss “Six Hands – Three Generations,” a March 21 family concert that will feature regional favorite pianist Ken Miller, daughter Hannah, and grandson Logan Arnold, all combining their talents to entertain you on the piano keyboard.
